Frequently Asked Questions
-
Get Back works with a wide range of orthopedic and movement-related issues, including back pain, neck pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, ankle injuries, running injuries, and post-surgery rehab. If pain or an injury is keeping you from moving the way you want to, there’s a good chance we can help.
-
No. You do not need to show up with a diagnosis or know exactly what structure is causing the problem. Part of the evaluation is figuring out what is limiting you, what may be contributing, and what the best next step looks like.
-
Yes. Recurring pain is something we see often. Instead of only focusing on what hurts that day, we look at strength, mobility, training load, movement, and other factors that may be contributing so you can build a plan that is more sustainable.
-
Not at all. We work with athletes, runners, lifters, active adults, and people who simply want to move better and feel more comfortable in everyday life. You do not need to be training for a sport to benefit from physical therapy.
-
That is completely fine. We do not look at the body as a collection of separate parts. If multiple areas are bothering you, we can look at the bigger picture and figure out what should be prioritized first.
-
If you want one-on-one care that combines physical therapy, strength training, and a practical return-to-activity plan, Get Back may be a good fit. If we think you need a different type of provider or additional medical evaluation, we’ll tell you that too.
