FAQ
Can I still do personal training if I have pain? Yes, and we encourage you to do so. Our service is uniquely equipped to help you navigate exercise or injury related pains.
How often should I do personal training? That is up to you. We can accommodate your scheduling and financial needs and find a way to fit your fitness goals into them. Common starting programs are once or twice a week.
Can you come to my house or home gym? Yes we offer mobile personal training services.
What if I need personal training and physical therapy? We have the capability to offer both. Initial physical therapy evaluation would be completed by Brett and then either Sam or Brett can provide physical therapy services.

Can personal training help me return to running/sports? Yes we can figure out a program that facilitates a return to whatever sport or activity you want to do and help you navigate common overuse injuries that can go along with return to running/sport.
Do you work with kids? Yes absolutely! Brett comes from a collegiate baseball background and is happy to work with young athletes. Sam comes from a collegiate track background and has coached high school track and football.
